Refund and Return Policy
This policy explains how Brizelonchex.world handles refunds, replacements, and returns for Viona products purchased through our website. It supplements our Terms of Service. Consumer protection statutes in your region may give you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Voluntary satisfaction window
If you change your mind about an unopened product that is still sealed in its original packaging, you may request a return within fourteen calendar days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below. Opened food supplements may not be eligible for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective.
Defective or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled compared to what you purchased, or with a broken seal before you open it, contact us promptly with photographs and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional product cost, including reasonable return shipping where we confirm responsibility.

- Attach photos of the outer shipper, the product label, and any damage if relevant.

Refunds processing time

Approval
After inspection criteria are met, we approve refunds within five business days of receiving the returned item or confirming a defect without return.
Payment reversal
Refunds post to your original payment method within five to fourteen business days depending on banks and card networks.
Shipping costs
When we confirm an error or defect on our side, we refund standard outbound shipping paid on the original order and provide a prepaid label when a return is required. If you exercise a voluntary return of an unopened product, outbound shipping is usually non-refundable and return shipping may be your responsibility unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been opened or used, except where defective.
- Items returned without prior authorization or beyond stated timelines.
- Gift cards or digital-only deliverables if offered.

Partial refunds and restocking
